Caregiver Survey In January we sent past family members/caregivers from the last three years a Satisfaction Survey to assist us in assuring we are continuing to provide the highest quality of services. Participation in this survey was completely confidential and all replies, including comments, have been included in the analysis of the results. Of the 36 surveys mailed, we received 16 responses. The replies and comments provided are an excellent indicator of where we are providing outstanding service and, more importantly, where we clearly need to improve. We will continue to strive to be the very best and will work to improve in all areas - nothing less than perfect is acceptable when it comes to the service we provide our residents and their family/caregivers.
